Halloween

This Halloween was so nuts.  I am never going to plan so much in one day ever again.  I am still so tired from it all that I just want to do nothing.  So at 9 we had activity days and I helped the girls make halloween sugar cookies.  Then make a ton of donuts for the Halloween trunk or treat and then off to Ryan's doctor appointment.  When I got home I saw that my kids were being so cute and were in a cooking mood and thought I was making cinnamon rolls instead and finished them for me.  The kitchen was a mess and our house looked like a bomb went off but I had to make three more batches of donuts and hurry and take the girls to the dentist…..

While at the dentist the doctor some how talked me into putting braces on Alexis.  It is something we have talked about already but she had three more cavities and her teeth are soft and with all the crowding she has in her mouth it just makes it so much easier for her to get them.  So I said, "do it"

Alexis and her friends batch of cinnamon rolls.  they were still good even thought they were made from donut dough.

We had so many pans of donuts and Ryan took them all over to the trunk or treat and cooked them in the dutch oven there so they were hot and fresh for everyone to eat.

It always takes me so much longer than I think it is going to to get everyone ready for Halloween.  Alexis looked so grown up and made a beautiful Elsa

Adison went as Auna and was so adorable!

Elizabeth was the new NICE maleficent and she looked amazing!

Love can unthaw a frozen Heart!

I know you, I walked with you once upon a time!

Brytlee was also Elsa and I made her costume from scratch.  I  was pretty impressed with myself.  Brytlee was a beautiful Elsa also.

Ryan was the Krispy Cream Donut man and I was a football player, and Max was my football!

Ryan and his good friend Steve cooked the donuts together.   I felt bad because Ryan said he didn't even get to eat one.

I thought it was funny that Alexis and her good friend Caimbrey were both Elsa and then the little sisters were both Auna.

After the trunk or treat we loaded up fast and drove to my parents house because the next day was Cache's baptism.  I knew that if we didn't go the night before there was no way were would make it on time.  I was being a dork and was wearing a red cape for most of the party and Annette snapped a picture and posted that I was dressing my truth.  Some may take it a few different ways.

My dad came in with this cool mask and we all loved it.  the mouth moved and he could stick his tongue out and drink and when he talked it moved.  It was so funny.

football  pose,  Max was such a cute football!   My kids all got way to much candy and had a ton of fun with their friends.  At the end Adison was so excited and she said, "mom, I totally won!"
