Adison

So we have a two and a half year old that LOVES her Binky and her ba ba.  But for some reason I have gotten really soft and can not take it away from you.  She only gets it for nap time and bed time, and I don't let her go walking around with it at all.   But I guess you have to do it sometime... Ryan is the one that is able to do it so the first time she went with no Binky I was at girls camp and somehow Brytlee grabbed the Binky's and took them outside.  Adison saw it over by the chickens and was sad because she said there was chicken pooh on it.  Then Ryan grabbed them and told her that the Chickens ate her Binky's.  So she was alright for a week until she found another one up in the playroom.  She watched that one like a hawk and was not going to let anything happen to it.
But Ryan was sick of it so when I went on a trip to Vegas with Annette and Sara, he took away the bottle and the Binky and she has gone for one week without them now.  I hate nap time and bed time now because it takes forever to get her to lay down, and she will cry now..... but it is getting a little better and had to be done sometime right?

Another funny story about Adison... she was eating a sucker and had a really messy face so I said, "what is on your face Adison?"  and she say's, "my nose."   She said the same thing to Ryan when he asked a few minutes later.  She is so smart, and such a funny girl.
She also will pull her shirt up and show you her belly when you ask her where the baby is.....

Bear Lake

We love going to Bear lake.  It is just like the ocean, but better.... No salt, and no sharks!  The water was great and the sand is fun for the girls to play in also.
 Adison is a little fish!
Elizabeth loved the waves.  She was out in them the entire time almost.

 Adison loves being with grandma!
This little pool was really warm and just the perfect size for Adison to relax in!

 Love my girls!

So much fun, and so much sun.... we were all a little burnt after this trip.
After the lake we went to Island park to spend the weekend with the Merrill's.  I was so sad my camera died after the only picture I was able to take.... My kids had a blast playing at the lake, and jumping on the trampoline in the water, riding the jet ski's, and going on Rhino rides.  We went and floated the river, and went on a great ride on the four wheelers and Rhino's up to Sawtale.
Ryan's Birthday!!!  We went and had some yummy food at this little place in Preston that has our favorite dish ever, Moca Heta (I have no clue how to spell that)
We also went to Lagoon a few day after his birthday and that was a ton of fun.  Adison was even able to come this time because I am pregnant and can not go on any rides so I just got to watch her.  I really enjoyed taking her because she was soooooooooo excited about all the rides.  This is the very first ride we put her on and she was so nervous as you can tell by her smile.  But after she got going she kept saying, "I wanna go again"

This was the funnest roller coaster and the biggest Adison got to go on.  It is the borra borra or something like that and it is a great little ride.  The kids all liked it

This is one of the rides that I was able to ride and I was not a huge fan of getting drenched.... but it was fun to watch Adisons face.

She was not sure she liked it.
Everyone else liked it so much they went a second time while I just watched......

Adison got really tired and tried to fall asleep.... but it was way to hard.  I had to laugh when she was drinking her bottle she had her binki in her ear.

she is so funny, I just love this little girl.  I love the stage she is in right now.  So much fun!
The little train ride was fun, it had some really cool tigers and other animals.

This ride was weird.... she was the first one on and it took the guy 10 minutes to load everyone so by the time she went around once, she stood up and said, "I'm all done"
My big kids went on all the cool roller coasters and big rides.  It is still crazy to me that I have kids big enough to go on all of them.  But they love all of them and want to run and go from one ride to the next.
We ended up closing the park down against my husbands wishes.... I figure if your going to go you need to go all out.  I always love the park at night the most... It isn't hot, the lights are great, and it isn't crowded at all.  But the next day I was so worn out that I was wondering if it was worth it.....

4th of July

We went to the Menan parade, and then the fun little park events on the fourth.  The little kids wanted to do the face painting.  They turned out great

They all wanted to ride the pony, and Adison was so excited to ride it until I put her on the horse.  I put Brytlee on the back thinking it would help but it didn't, then I held her hand and she was fine.  I had to let go of her hand for a second so I could take a picture and she broke down again.

I could not believe how stinking hot is was... I was feeling a little cooked so we didn't stay very long.  We went to Annette's house and had a little camp out.  My parents took their camper, and stayed the night, we went to the neighborhood firework show, and it was great.  Annette and I wanted to take our kids over to the snake river to show them the Big fireworks that night so we went over and found a great spot with duck poo all over the place and waited and waited and waited and waited.... we looked at the time and it was well past 10:30 so we asked what was going on and found out that a group of three men jumped in the river and tried to swim out to the island and only two of them come out of the water.  So they had search and rescue out looking for him for over a hour and our kids were driving me crazy so we went home.  And of course as soon as we almost got home.... the fireworks started.  The guy was 24 and had drowned.  They found him around 2 in the morning.

Idaho falls fun

Sara has been in Rigby for the summer so we have tried to visit as much as possible.  My kids love playing with all their cousins and they all get along so great and have so much fun.   We were at my parents house and they decided to make a fort out in the trees.  It turned out very cute.  I love the christmas lights, such a nice touch.

Sara's little Tate.  I call him a little Russell Crow.  I don't know why but he looks like him to me.
We went to Sara's sisters house for a little party and she had this awsome water slide.  The kids all had a blast playing on it for hours.
Adison loved it and would go as long as she was on someones lap.  The girls got a little tired of taking her after a while.... she was a little sad.

Adison got over being sad and found a baby and a driving toy to play with, and then she was as happy as could be.

Loved this picture of Elizabeth going into the water.  We also took the kids to the movie "The Croods"  I thought it was so cute, and there was even a little part in it that made me tear up.
