Strike a pose

Alexis had to come in the other day to show me how dirty she was from weeding the garden.... then asked if I would take a picture of it....
I asked the girls to get ready for bed and Elizabeth came up looking like this....
When I pulled out the camera she kept telling me to take more and more pictures so we did.

Such cute girls! I have been so busy with the house and getting all the painting done that I have not been able to spend very much time with them. They were able to go to Idaho Falls and stay for a whole week with my very nice sister who I love very much, and my mom who I also love very much! Alexis was a little home sick and called a few times asking if I would go and get her, but when I did go to get them as soon as Elizabeth saw me she said, "NO, I don't want to go yet".
One of Alexis's phone calls went like this....
Ryan answered the phone, "Hi honey how are you doing?
Alexis, "good, can I talk to mom"?
Ryan, "don't you want to talk to me? What are you doing"?
Alexis, " I am waiting for you to give mom the phone"

It was funny and then when I talked to her she was home sick and really wanted me to go and see her and then leave.
Now that they are home they have been at friends houses, and Grandma and Grandpa Harris house and Alecia's house a lot, and keep asking every day where they get to go next. I can not wait for the house to be done so we can just hang out and be a family!

Ryan's Birthday

One Year Older and Wiser too!!! Ryan had his birthday last week and he had so much fun........ working on the house all day . . .
My niece Summer came to stay with us for a week and while she was here she was our personal Chef! She made the cake and did the brown frosting. ( I cut it into shape and then did the white parts) She also made crepes and pancakes for breakfast.

mmhhhhh that is a lot of candles and a lot of smoke.......
The girls love the tradition that after you blow out your candles you have to take a bite

Yummy.....
It was a lot of fun having Summer come and stay with us. She is 12 years old now and I can remember when she was just a baby.... She is such a great helper and is so much fun to hang out with! Thank you Summer for helping me with the girls and for all your yummy cooking!
I love you

House work

The Stucco guys were so fast! They had to drive back and forth every day from SLC but they alway's got so much done. The top picture is what they got done in just one day....
Brytlee eating her toast
Brytlee enjoying some cuddles with dad!

The girls playroom! I am so excited to have a room for all the toys so they don't have to be all over the house!
The stucco color!
They are all done so I need to get a good picture of front!
I am thinking I want to have the trim around the windows a different color.... why didn't I listen to Ryan.... dang it!
They rock is also going up! So exciting!!!!

Ten Years

Today Ryan and I have been married for ten years.... that just sounds wrong. It has gone by so fast and has been so much fun. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful husband who is a great dad and soooooooooo handsome, and hardworking, and sweet, and sexy..... ect..... I am more in love with him today than I have ever been and I am so glad that I get to be with him forever!
We worked on the house most of the day (can't wait until that is done....) and then we went on a date. We went to as many places to look at flooring before they all closed, and then went to the Indian Oven for dinner (sooooooo good)
Then went to Lowes and bought a lot of tile for our shower and then went to the new Twilight movie.
What a great night! I love you Ryan!!!!!
