silly kids

Max was having a hard day and I finally figured out.... he was tired.

Brytlee turned 9 years old and had such fun day. Alexis and Elizabeth wanted to do their own gift to Brytlee and did everything on their own and with their own money. It was such a nice gift from them.

Brytlee got a lot of cute clothes and beenie boos that she loves and we got to go on a fun date.

I crimped her hair for her birthday and she looked amazing. She is such a beautiful girl

Max is getting long hair on top and he loved having it spiked.

for Brytlee's party we went to the bounce and slide and had all of our cousins come with us. It was a lot of fun and even us big kids had fun playing. Even though we got in trouble a few times.

we went to Chuck-a-rama which Brytlee was so mad about at first but then after she ate some yummy food she was happy. She thought sizzler would be better and was upset that her favorite place golden coral was closed.

Brytlee is like me in the fact that she doesn't like cake. So she didn't want a birthday cake and all she asked for was play dough ice cream so that is what she got!!!

Brytlee is a very smart, funny, energetic, sweet, kind, amazing girl. I love her so much and love her so much. She does great in school and is so smart. She has great friends and is always making sure they are ok and wants to make people happy. She is very athletic and is amazing at anything she does. She is so fun to watch play basketball, soccer, gymnastics, or just running around. She is so fast and can beat anyone she races. She is just a amazing girl and has so many talents and is beautiful inside and out. I am so lucky to be her mom and so lucky to have such a great kid. I love you Brytlee and I hope you had a fantastic birthday

working on the basement rooms

I am so thankful for a handyman husband that can get things done and make things look so amazing. He is such a handy worker when it comes to building and finishing touches. The basement rooms are almost done and he is such a hard worker. I am sure he loves to go to work all day and then come home to work some more..... but I am so thankful he has been willing to do it.

Elizabeths room is going to look so cute. We are building shelves on the wall her bed is going on and behind her bed is a cute panel design. I can't wait to see it all done.

Max gets a blue room. Ryan wanted it blue and it has kinda become his project so he gets what he wants.

The bathroom looks so nice. I love the way the tile wall turned out.

One of Ryan's favorite things about the new rooms is Max's fan. It is a airplane. It is going to be so cute.

I have not even thought about doing any post in such a long time and have not felt like doing it so I am really behind. I will do my best to remember things but mostly I just want to put my pictures in. I went to lunch with my friend sheena and they had a bunch of cool sports pictures on the wall and I found Ryan in this old high school basketball picture. You will have to look hard to find him. It took me a while

Ryan finally killed the turkey. I really don't like having chickens or any type of bird and I have just been hoping that this is some weird phase that Ryan will grow out of... but no such luck yet. But Ryan gave one of the turkeys away to a family in our ward because he didn't want to clean it and then for super bowl sunday he thought it would be good to have some turkey to eat. It was a good size turkey and weighed over 30 lbs and everyone said it was delicious.

Alexis had a lot of fun playing basketball and I had a lot of fun watching her this year. A lot of the girls on her team were injured so they didn't do any tournaments this year but they still did great and Ryan was their coach again.

Max always loved watching but really wanted to ball the whole time.

durning the super bowl we pulled out the old crimper from when I was young. Elizabeth loved it and looked adorable so then Alexis and mickey also wanted to try it out.
