Idaho History

Elizabeth is working on her Idaho History this year and they are doing a scrapbook.  I thought it would be cute to have her next to the welcome to Idaho sign.

It was really cold outside and windy but we got the pictures and ran.  Elizabeth is such a sweet girl and so smart.  I can not wait to see her scrapbook that she has done 100% by herself.  I know it will be great.

I had to take this picture for my grandpa butch.  We have 100 geese outside our front door in the morning almost every day.  They are way better than the deer that come and eat our trees!

Brytlee's Birthday!!!

My Little Brytlee has turned 8!  I am still in denial and don't want to believe that my kids are growing up… because it is going way to fast!  Brytlee has been so excited about her birthday and has been talking about it for the past month.  She is also very excited to be baptized.

She loves the beanie boo animals and that is all she asked for.  She really wanted the penguin that she is holding below.  She told be almost everyday for the past month how she just could stop thinking about the cute little penguin.

All the kids were so excited to see her open all her presents and wanted to join in.

We woke up that mooring and Brytlee wanted to have crepes for breakfast and then she wanted to make these cookies that she had bought at the store.  It was a sugar cookie that had pink and white colors and then you could make a face or lady bug or whatever you wanted.  The kids had fun doing that and then we started on the birthday cake.  Grandma Harris came around noon to get Brytlee for a birthday date and they went to Logan and ate lunch and went shopping.  Brytlee was so excited she couldn't stop smiling.

After Brytlee's date with Grandma we all met at the Jump Zone with all of Ryan's family and Annette, Joslyn and Cache.  The kids got to jump for a hour and a half.  Max has been so afraid of the trampoline up until now and he really wanted to get all the balls that were on the tramps that he overcame his fear form a little while to go and get a few.

Brytlee asked for a Hello Kitty cake this year.

We all sang happy birthday and blew out candles and then headed over to Golden Coral her favorite place to eat!

She was so funny when we got there, she came up to me and said, "don't tell them it is my birthday!"  then a few minutes later, "did you tell them it was my birthday?"  when I told her no, she was so sad and said, "why not?"  hmmmm because you told me not to?  But we did tell them and she loved it when they gave her cake and sang to her.

Adison and Josy had tons of fun playing together.  It was so nice to have Annette come and hang out with us for the weekend.  We tried to color her hair while she was here and it didn't turn out at all.  We tried three different times and they just got worse and worse.  The first time it went really really blonde, and then I tried to put in some low light and they went really really dark…. then we just went and bought her normal color for a all over color and it went really dark and a little orange.  I told her that she had to be pregnant or something because I couldn't figure out why the colors were not going the way they should.  She said she even went home and tried to do a highlight and it still didn't turn out…… I felt really bad.

After the party was over Brytlee was so excited to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house and have a sleepover.  She was pretty spoiled and had a great day.  She is such a sweet girl and I love her so much.  I am so thankful for her sweet sprit and awesome personality in our family.  I am so excited for her baptism and can not wait for the next party.  I am so sad that my parents can not be here.  I am pretty sure this will be the first one they have ever missed.  We talked about facetimeing them so they could see it, but I am not sure if they will let us.  But they are where they need to be and it is alright.  I am excited that my Grandpa Butch is going to be one of the witnesses for the baptism, and that hey will be here.  So thankful for the gospel and so thankful for my amazing family!  (Happy birthday Brytlee!!!!  I love you to the moon and back!! )

Mission in NY

My Parents are doing so great and loving their mission.  I have been feeling so bad for them because it has been below 0 and even down to -20 where they are.  Our weather hear has felt more like spring and I am really enjoying it.  It has been so cold there that they have had to stay locked inside and told not to go anywhere a few times.
They are feeling the spirit so strong and having so many great experiences and loving it all.   They are amazing and I miss them so much but I know what they are doing is way more important than anything they would be doing with us.  They are such amazing examples to all of us.

uh oh

I am  not a fan of this stage that Max has started with the toilet.  He is so obsessed with the toilet and loves to put things in it.  This time it was a bag and a block.  he also loves to put in shoes, books, toys, hands, and rolls of toilet paper in it.

This little boy loves his bath time!  He could bath or shower a couple times a day!  If he hears the shower or tub he will just jump in with all his clothes on….

These two are so cute!  I love that they are already great little friends and they love each other so much.

I am seriously so lucky to have this man!  He is so amazing and I love him to pieces.

The girls and I have been watching the cupcake wars together and after each show they always want to go and make cupcakes.  Alexis had a basketball party so she really wanted to make some for it and decorate them.  I think she did a great job!

They wanted to make some for valentines day and Lizzy thought of melting the chocolate and doing hearts.  Such creative girls.

Ryan was so happy that Max was holding his football so well.  He loves to play with all the balls in the house and then throw them down the stairs.  He is such a boy!

I took a few pictures of him getting all the balls down the stairs.  It is his favorite thing to do and he could do it all day long.

He loves watching them bounce down the stairs.

Selfie queen!

In Church this last Sunday for the closing song they sang I am a child of god and Adison was so excited and said, "this is my song!"  She sang along so great and then when it was over she looked at me so cute and said, "wasn't that so wonderful."  She is so dang cute!
