Family Pictures

Alexis has been doing a project in English about herself and she needed a picture of our family.  So we all put our Easter matching skirts on and took a few.  The sun was a little bright and Adison was not loving it.  I can not believe how big Max looks in these pictures.  He is 3 and a half months old.

Max doesn't look to happy in this picture but I thought it was cute.  Such good looking boys of mine!

Adison was being grumpy and wouldn't smile until Alexis said, "you can have some candy if you smile"  Then she smiled right away.  Elizabeth ran off to play and I couldn't find her to get a picture of her.   I am so thankful for my family.  They are the world to me!  I am so proud of all my girls and love them so much, and I am so in love with our little man.  I love having a baby in our home.  The spirit that baby's bring into a home is so amazing.  It makes all the girls talk so cute when they are around him, and I can see that they feel it also.  I am so thankful for Ryan and the wonderful husband and father that he is.  I have to pinch myself sometimes because I really don't think I deserve him.   I am so thankful for our Eternal marriage and the promises that it brings.  I know that we can be together forever and I wouldn't want it any other way! 

Easter

It is Easter again!  We love to go to the city Easter Egg hunt, but this year Brytlee had a soccer game in Logan at the same time as the Easter Egg hunt so she was not able to come.  Alexis also had a soccer game so she went to watch Brytlee play and then go to her game after that.  So this year it was just Elizabeth and Adison running after all the eggs.

Max was sleepy and fought it for as long as he could.  But eventually he fell asleep.

Adison was so scared by the fire truck that she froze and didn't want to go get any eggs.  Elizabeth was nice and helped her get as many as they could.

They had a couple of dollars in their eggs so they paid to go and jump in the bouncy houses.

Sunday we went to Ryan's parents house for Easter dinner and another Easter egg hunt.  The girls got way to much candy from the bunny and from Grandma and Grandpa.  They also got some really cute skirts, and other little toys and things.  I had to take a few pictures of Jane holding Max.  She is so cute with baby's and loves to hold them and play with them.

Adison loves to bath and always jumps in if she hears the water running.  I was in the laundry room cleaning up and had the sink running to soak some clothes and the next thing I knew... Adison had jumped in.

Our weather is so messed up.  One day it is hot and you think it is going to stay, and the next we are building a snowman in April!  The girls didn't mind, they loved going out one day to snow and then the next day it was gone. 

Mr. Max

I just can not get enough of this little boy of mine.  I am so in love!  I never saw myself as a mom to a boy, and always said that I was more of a girl mom, but oh was I wrong.  He is so fun, and so adorable, and I can not wait to get into playing ball, cars, dinosaurs or whatever this little man wants to do.  He is the cutest little boy, and even in the middle of the night he just melts my heart.  I could just sit and talk baby talk and try to make him laugh and smile all day if I could.

This little chunk is now three months old.  He is a good little boy.  He is getting better at sleeping at night thank heavens.  He still has a few nights that he wakes up and thinks he is starving to death but not as bad as it was before.  He is 24 inches and in the 90th percent, and he is 13 lbs, also in the 90%.

there are days that this swing has saved me.  He loves to be held and has started to take just short little cat naps.  So when I need to clean or make dinner, this is where he likes to sit and watch me.

Brytlee is such a cute big sister.  She loves to hold Max and play with him.

I love this picture of Max.  Summer took it on the first trip Max took to Idaho Falls.  We went to see my Grandma Mueller at her 80th birthday party.  I loved going and seeing my Grandma. She was so happy and it really made me start to think about her.  She has always been such a great example to me in my life and is such a good person.  I can not remember a time that she didn't have a smile on her face and was just happy. Watching her at her party it really made me want to be a happy person, and to have a good attitude about life.  She is amazing! 
Max did great on his first trip away from home.  I was so nervous about going and didn't know how he would do in the car or at night.  But he was great and made it a great trip.  Ryan missed him like crazy, and couldn't wait for us to get home

Adison turned 3

This girl is growing up way to fast!  She is such a fun, lovable, sweet, adorable little girl.  She is always wanting to play dolls, dress up, have her nails painted, sing songs, dance, and everywhere she goes she has to wear a JACKET!  She was so excited when she woke up on her birthday because she was going on a date with her Grandma Harris to Logan.  She had a little runny nose so I thought I would give her some cold medicine before she left so she didn't get boogers all over the place.  Turns out I gave her benadryl and it made her super tired.  She fell asleep while shopping and Grandma thought she must be sick so she brought her home.....

When she got home we made her barbie dress birthday cake.  She had so much fun helping me make it, and she made one all by herself with a poly pocket. 

We just did a small get together with Chase and Grandma and Grandpa Harris.  She was so happy all day and couldn't wait to open her presents.  I also decorated her door with the pink and purple streamers that she wanted and a couple of balloons.  Everyone that came over had to go up and see it with her.

She got some pretty earnings and a necklace.  She is such a little model....

our little neighbors came over to sing happy birthday to her and eat cake and ice cream with us.  After that we all went swimming at the pool.  Adison is such a sweet girl and I love her so much.  She is so much fun and I am so glad that she has been my little buddy during the days the girls are at school.  She is amazing and I hope this year goes a little slower... I hate that my kids are growing up so fast.

Brytlee's 7th Birthday

I can not believe that my little Brytlee is seven already.  She is growing way to fast.  She was so excited for her birthday this year.  She woke up that morning for school with a surprise on her door.  The girls and I made a trap for her.  Adison LOVED it and asked me if I would do her door purple and pink for her on her birthday. 

I let her open a present before school, and it was her cute little outfit.  She looked so pretty on her big day!

She wanted me to make her a sun for her birthday cake this year. 

Brytlee is such a sweet girl.  She is so good to her sisters, (most of the time)  if they ever want something she will jump us and get it for them as fast as she can.  She is always good to share with them or give them all that she has.  She loves to help others and make others happy.  She is such a good little cleaner and is always cleaning up things when they are out of place.  Brytlee also loves to play.  It doesn't matter who she is playing with or what, but she is always as happy as can be and as loud as can be.  She loves to yell and scream to show everyone she is having a great time.... our neighbors told me once that it would scare them when they heard it at first, and then after a while they didn't even look outside when they heard screams because they knew it was just Brytlee.  She has so much spirit and is such a happy girl.  I love her so much and love her energy.  (she has lots and lots of it)  She is a FAST little girl.  She can beat just about everyone in a race.  She is such a great girl and we love everything about her!

That night we had grandma and grandpa Harris come over for cake and presents.  She wanted me to make chicken noodle soup and bread sticks for dinner.  After all that we went swimming.

That Friday she wanted to have a party with all the Harris family.  So we went to Golden Corral, and then we all went ice skating.

I think the ice skating was more of Elizabeth's idea.  She really loved going over Christmas and has been wanting to go again really bad. 

Julie's little girl Jane is so in love with baby Max.  She wants to hold him all the time and can sit for hours and hold him if he lets her.  I have never met another kid that can sit and hang out with a baby as long as she can. 

Brytlee had a great birthday.  She was also very spoiled by Judy on a birthday date.  They went to Logan and went to lunch together and then went shopping.  She picked out a bunch of things that she wanted and had such a good time.  Brytlee is so in love with her baby brother.  She loves to hold him, feed him, play with him, and talk to him.  She is great help when I need someone to be with him while I make dinner or need to get something done.
