What has been going on

Fall is already here and I am really getting sick of the leaves.... but my girls think they are the best. Alexis loves to go out and rake them up only to jump in them and Elizabeth loves to hide in them, and throw them up in the air.

"Bryltee's a crazy Rabbit Squirrel"! Elizabeth put some makeup on Brytlee and came out and told us that Brytlee was a crazy Rabbit Squirrel, and she wanted cookies! We figured out that she was trying to say "Rabid". (she just watched over the hedge)
Brytlee is being potty trained. I am not going to really brag or say to many good things because I don't want too jinks anything. But I am determined to keep her out of diapers this time, and I am not giving up.
Elizabeth had had a loose tooth for a while, and has asked Ryan to pull it out every day for a couple of weeks now. It wasn't really ready so he kept telling her to wait. And on Sunday it was finally ready to be pulled.
Before
After
We did the fish line, and it was to slick so it didn't work, and then Ryan got the pliers and that didn't work, so he went back to the dental floss and it worked like a charm.
Elizabeth couldn't wait to have the tooth fairy come that night so she was in a big hurry to get to bed. I loved having her get to bed so well that I wish we had something to look forward to going to bed for every night. The tooth fairy did stop by and left her $1.00. She couldn't wait to go and buy something but found out that it is hard to find something you want that is only $1.00. She was sad but then told me that she didn't want to waist her money, and told me to keep it for building the house. Such a sweet heart!
Elizabeth wanted to take a few pictures... she did a good job!

Brytlee is wearing a outfit that Alexis wore on her first day of Pre-school..... She felt really cute and told me that I needed to take some pictures. I can tell that she has been watching her sisters pose for pictures.

One of Brytlee's little friends at the gym I go to can not remember her name so he calls her "twinkle" I thought it was so cute! I had a bunch of other things that I wanted to write down before I forget them but I can't remember any more right now.... dang it!

house update

We had such a great work day on our house this last weekend! The weather was perfect!!!! And my Brother in Law Rob, Sister Annette, and their family came down on Sat. morning to help us get some walls up, and our stairs!!!!

Ryan's Dad has been so much help. He has been working with Ryan almost every single day. I am so grateful to him for helping out so much and being so good to us!
Two day's ago Ryan and his dad were working together and were trying to pull out a board from under the floor boards. Denton was helping hold them up with a board while Ryan was pulling on the other. Ryan's board came out really fast and hit Denton right above his eye and made a big gash on his eyebrow. I could tell that it made Ryan feel so bad.... It probably could have used some stitches but they just used super glue
We also had Karsten working with us, and Mike my other brother in law. We had such a great crew and got so much done! I love day's that you see so much progress!
Annette and I helped a little. ... I always wish that I had more that I could help with but most of it is stuff I don't even know why they are doing it.... So it is fun to get into some wood work.

Beautiful Stairs!!!!

Alesha, Sara's cousin curled my hair. I don't know how she does it!!!! I just love her. She is the only person who has ever been able to get my hair to look cute curled and to stay curled.

Vegas!

I just got back on Sunday from a WONDERFUL trip to Vegas!!! It was so much fun and I wish it wouldn't have gone by so fast. My sister Sara moved to St. George three months ago and I have not been able to see her yet. So for her birthday this year we all went to celebrate with her in Vegas! We had 10 girls (and between all of us we all had 31 kids....... wow)
it was Sara, Annette, Jackie, Cindy, Kristen, Kim, Kristen H, Amanda, Alesha, and me. We arrived on Thursday night
On the plane Annette said the funniest thing... I can't remember how she said it but we were talking about how in Vegas we instead of being 10 it would only be 9. So she said. "So we are like going back in time".

We stayed at the Venetian Hotel in Vegas in a beautiful suite. The Venetian is one of my very favorite hotels in Vegas. I felt like a princess the whole time.
They were all decorated for fall and all of the flowers, pumpkins, and trees were real. It was so beautiful!

We had the best breakfast in our room. I could soooooooo get used to living like this!!!!
We walked over to TI (treasure Island) to see a show called the Mystere. One of the girls in our group named Amanda said "It's at Treasure Island, I don't even know what the TI means". We all had a really good laugh. Amanda was one of the funniest girls that I have ever meet.
Sara standing in front of the Mystere Theater.

We saw this sweet Lamborghini and had to get a picture in front of it. This is when I realized that I have no clue how to take a sexy picture.....
Sara's so cute!
We ate dinner at the Venetian on night at a Restaurant that is kinda like the Cheese cake factory but even better. Annette and I decided to share a meal because we didn't want to over eat and it was 10:00 at night. So when we got our meal.... it was shrimp scampi and it was the best thing I have ever had in my life!!! We both eat it up and then wanted even more so we asked if we could order another plate and ate them up with no problem.
That night while we were sleeping I could hear someone throwing up and was so dead asleep I couldn't figure out who it was but I rolled over to Annette and asked her if she was OK. She was also dead asleep and it was her that was throwing up in her sleep. When she woke up she couldn't breath and had a bunch of gunk in her lungs and had to go and cough all of it out for a half and hour in the bathroom.
At the time we kinda laughed about it and just made jokes about us having to eat more shrimp. But that really was so scary. I am so glad that I said something to her because she said she wouldn't have woke up and she had no idea what was going on. I don't now what I would do without Annette. She is my BFF and I love her so much. So from now on, chew your food and don't eat so late!!!!

Sisters

Our last day in Vegas.... I was so sad :( the trip went way to fast!
Annette had a great time taking pictures of ourselves with funny glasses on and making beautiful faces....
Shopping at the outlet mall
Saying goodbye at the airport. We did so many things that I didn't get pictures of. Friday morning we went to a motel that had a big M on it... I think it is just called the M? But we went to the spa there. It was so amazing!!!!! I had a manicure, pedicure, and a Swedish massage. Then we were able to just hang out for the entire day and just relax and enjoy being pampered. We sat in the steamer, the hot sauna, and went and sat out by the pool. It was so wonderful!
We did a lot of shopping and I was able to hang out the sun roof and yell at people on the strip.
Some of my favorite times were just hanging out in the hotel room and talking with all the girls. We had so many laughs and got along great (with just one exception....) but I won't go into it.
I am so grateful that I was able to go and be apart of this amazing birthday weekend for Sara. She is the most amazing person I know and I love her so much. Thank you Sara for including me on your big day... (day's)
While I was away Ryan stayed home with the girls and worked hard on our house. This is what he got done.
The radiant heated floor stuff
The window wells
They got the concrete done.
And he also got all the back fill done today. So now we can start framing and then go up to the next level!!!! Yea
Also while I was gone, Alexis got pink eye, and also passed it on to her other eye so she had pink eyes.... Elizabeth was around friends that had the swine flu so we were really worried she would get it also but so far so good.
