Brytlee walked the halls this week and we were so happy for her. She is so funny and when she sets her mind to something there is no stopping her. Her teacher said that she didn't really seem to care about the AR test and then once she hit 50 she decided she wanted to get done and walk the halls. It only took her two weeks once she decided to do it. That is one of the things I love about Brytlee and can also be a challenge. She works so hard when she has her mind set on something and when she knows what she wants, but when she doesn't care about something she… just doesn't work as hard. I know that this is such a great personality that she has and I hope that she can learn to use it in her life for the things that are most important. I know that if she sets goals and wants something and wants to CTR that there will be no way to stop her! The morning she woke up and I had set out a different outfit for her to wear and had forgotten that a month ago I had told her that when she walked the halls she could wear the dress she has on. She has a great memory. We just had to fix the shirt and the socks first. |
