Walk the Halls!

Brytlee walked the halls this week and we were so happy for her.  She is so funny and when she sets her mind to something there is no stopping her.  Her teacher said that she didn't really seem to care about the AR test and then once she hit 50 she decided she wanted to get done and walk the halls.  It only took her two weeks once she decided to do it.  That is one of the things I love about Brytlee and can also be a challenge.  She works so hard when she has her mind set on something and when she knows what she wants, but when she doesn't care about something she… just doesn't work as hard.  I know that this is such a great personality that she has and I hope that she can learn to use it in her life for the things that are most important.  I know that if she sets goals and wants something and wants to CTR that there will be no way to stop her!
The morning she woke up and I had set out a different outfit for her to wear and had forgotten that a month ago I had told her that when she walked the halls she could wear the dress she has on.  She has a great memory.  We just had to fix the shirt and the socks first.

She looks adorable!  She didn't want to smile for me and was acting like she didn't even know me.

We made this at the first of the year and it is still on the wall.  It is a little paper Brytlee!

Brytlee is doing so well in school and is such a smart girl.  She has been way ahead this year on her reading and is on a 3rd grade level.  Her teacher always tells me great things about her and said she is so smart and so sweet.  Brytlee loves her teacher and has been asking if she can invite her to her birthday party for the past month.

Brytlee is so beautiful inside and out.  I love her smile and love her laugh.  She loves to laugh and make others laugh also.  She has the sweetest spirit and I just love her so much.  She is still one of my best helpers and I love when she gets in her cleaning moods.  She is also so sweet with Max.  He loves her so much and just gets so excited to see her.  She will play with him and take care of him all the time and they are such good little buds.

I am so proud of my girl and love her with all my heart!  She is amazing, so happy, and so full of life.
