de-horned

Ryan has had these horns on the top of his head for a long time…. at least five or six years or more.  I got him an appointment to have them removed and I really wanted to go with him so I could watch.  They were some kind of cyst and they were awesome.  He had a really big one and that one was the best one to watch.  He cute them open and the white goo would come out and it was just like a cool zit, and then after he got all that out he would take the tweezers and pull out the sack which looked like a eyeball.  I would have never thought they would look or feel the way they did.  I told him if he gets anymore I know how to do it and I can take them out for him.  I would actually love to do that!  He thinks I am so morbid but I just enjoy stuff like that and a little blood doesn't bother me.

He had to get stitches in each one and you can not even tell that he had it done.  He said it hurts like he just got hit in the head and if I touched them he would cry like a little girl later that day, but besides that they are great.  Before his appointment he was sure that He needed to shave his head for it and I am so glad he didn't do that…….
