Alexis's 6th Birthday

Alexis is now six years old! She had a birthday party with her cousin Conner the day before her birthday at the swimming pool. It was a great day for her and she was very spoiled. She got the cute outfit she has on from Grandma Merrill, and she wants to wear it every day.
We had another party for her when we got home at Ryan's parents house.
She is so excited, can you tell?
She loves Strawberry Shortcake, so we made her hat for her birthday cake!
She helped me make the cake, and was a great little helper!

We had a fish pinyhata, and it was great. Instead of breaking the whole thing open, the mouth came open, and every time you hit, candy would come out of the mouth. So each kid took a turn and whatever candy came out, they kept.


Alexis got these for her birthday, and Brytlee loved them. She has worn them around all morning today.
The Pinyata (I don't know how to spell pinyata and, spell check didn't either....

Prayers

Last night in family prayers Alexis said the funniest thing I just had to write about it. She was almost done with her prayer when she threw in "please help us to have good sins" I didn't say anything, but then when Elizabeth was praying, and Alexis was helping her and told her to say "please help us have good sins" again. ... I lost it, and had to hold my breath while I laughed.

P.S. I love you

So we watched "PS I love you" last night, and I am just wondering if I wasn't in the right mood or something? Did anyone like that move?

Coming to an End

Elizabeth had her Gymnastics review and was so cute in it. She can do a really good cartwheel now, and is more flexible. She loves gymnastics, and isn't to thrilled that it is over for the summer. she was given a medal for all her hard work, and she thought that was cool!

Alexis had her Kindergarten graduation program today, and I was in a hurry and forgot my camera... good thing 60 other parents were on top of things, and so I will have to grab some from them. It was really cute, and they sang lots of songs, and they did a bunch of cute dances. Alexis has been excited for the past three weeks that she gets to dance with a boy! One of her friends said the funniest thing, "I don't want to dance with a boy, they pee on their hands".
My flowers are almost all up, and I just had to get a picture of it. The girls have picked a couple, and I was so sad!
I got a gift certificate for my birthday for a flower shop her in town from my friend Stephanie. So I went and grabbed some flowers yesterday and did both of my front pots!

Brytlee is such an outdoors kid! She would say outside all day and night if I would let her. She is such a fun girl.

Baby update

Greg and Jackie had their baby boy this past week. He was healthy, and was 6lbs and 20 inches long. I will get to see him this weekend! Yea
Chris and Cindy found out they are going to have a baby................. GIRL!!!!
Brad and Sara should find out soon, and I will let you know as soon asap. I am going to guess it is a boy?

Birthday

I am a year older, but not that much wiser! I had a great birthday thanks to my husband! He is such a good boy!!! I woke up to him feeding all three girls, and then they all sang happy birthday to me and I got to open my present from Ryan, which was a very cute outfit!!! (which I will try to get a picture of)
Then I took the girls to a play group our ward does. It was at the park so the kids all played and had a lot of fun while the Girls talked and ate food.
Then Ryan and I dropped the girls off at a Birthday party for Ryan's sisters little girl, and we went on a date just the two of us. (which is just what I asked for)
We went and watched "Baby Momma" Which had so many funny parts, I need to watch it again so I can remember them all better! Then we went to Chili's, and then our usual Walmart run to buy diapers and stuff... And then home and to bed,
I love my birthday!

Happy Mothers Day

I had a really nice Mothers day. We spent time at home, but most of the day at Ryan's parents house. It was the first time in a long time that everyone was all together, and so we took some family pictures.

Alexis is going to be six years old in a couple of weeks.... it is a little sad how fast time has gone.

I was really sad not to be able to see my mom this mothers day, and I had a hard time getting over that. I will get to see her this next weekend though, so that will be nice.
Now that I have my own kids, I see how hard being a mom really is, and I appreciate all that she did for me even more. I had a great childhood!!! I love spending time with my mom. She is so much fun to just hang out with, go to lunch with, and go shopping with.

Had a bad day!

I have been debating on putting this story on my blog or not... but what the helk! So this might be one of the worst church moments ever!
I was at my Mom and Dad's ward with all three of my girls.
My girls were being pretty good until Elizabeth started to tell me over and over she needed to go potty. I just told her to wait because we only had 20 minutes left, and she could hold it. So about 15 minutes later... Brytlee has a full diaper, so I tell her we can go to the bathroom.
When we get there, I start to change Brytlee's diaper, and then I hear a hose of some sort, and Elizabeth crying.... It wasn't the hose... she was peeing all over the place while she was trying to get her tights down.... So I am yelling, STOP, STOP, but she couldn't and it was going all over the place, so I just picked her up and put her on the toilet with her tights still on. (she held it way to long, and I felt like such a jerk)
But then I notice there is a lady in the stall next to us... and she has toilet paper, and is wiping off her leg..... I felt so bad... it was a 70 yr old lady, that had just gotten pee all over her legs and shoes!
Then I remember that I had Brytlee on the changing table, and I had not gotten around to put her diaper back on.... so when I make it back to her, she had pee all over the place also!
So to make the rest of this a little shorter... I had a lot to clean up, and then we went home!

I think I may have already done this, but I know I have so many interesting things about myself... so here is seven things you may not know about me.

1. I have always wanted a lot of kids, when Ryan and I first met I said I wanted 12 kids, and now I am thinking around 5 or 6.... (that is if we ever get any boys... can you imagine 6 girls.... lots of hair to do, and PMS to go through) In my journal, I wrote when I was around 16 that I wanted a family of all girls....

2. I won an arm wrestling comp. last summer! It was a bigger than I thought it was going to be, people came from all over that were professional arm wrestlers.... a friend of mine talked me into entering into it. I won a bunch of prizes, was in the paper... It was cool.

3. I love to take naps, but I am trying to get out of that. . . but they are so nice....

4. I do all my scrapbooks on Heritage Makers, and I am also a consultant... I love to do it, and have made my parents a book of their life story, and also my Mueller grandparents one also. I have made Brytlee her first year book, and a story book for my girls. It is a story that Ryan made up for them about the evil King Bartimus... I did a book about our Vegas trip, a wedding book, a calender, a poster for Alexis, and I have done a lot of other things with it... but I love it, and can't say enough good about it. It is fast, easy, and mess free!!!

5. I love to be warm!!! I will lay on the heater with a blanket over me so it traps all the air... it feels so nice

6. I had A.D.D as a kid (big shocker)

7. I broke my primary teachers nose with a cast...( I had a broken arm) and I think I was in the third grade... I don't think I was doing it to be mean, I just wanted to see what would happen....

Funny things....

So this morning we were sitting down to breakfast as a family. Ryan was so sweet and made cinnamon rolls for the girls, and eggs and toast. So while we were eating, and getting ready to take Alexis to school, somehow we started talking about the people we know that are in heaven. So we went through them all, and then Ryan said, Lizzy you know that you were named after my Grandma Adra Harris. And Liz said something about she will be Elizabeth for now, and then when she grows up she will be Adra... I don't know why she thinks that one. But Ryan said something about maybe some day she would also be a grandma. Elizabeth said...."no I don't want to, I am going to be a Mermaid instead".
So cute!
