I have been debating on putting this story on my blog or not... but what the helk! So this might be one of the worst church moments ever!
I was at my Mom and Dad's ward with all three of my girls.
My girls were being pretty good until Elizabeth started to tell me over and over she needed to go potty. I just told her to wait because we only had 20 minutes left, and she could hold it. So about 15 minutes later... Brytlee has a full diaper, so I tell her we can go to the bathroom.
When we get there, I start to change Brytlee's diaper, and then I hear a hose of some sort, and Elizabeth crying.... It wasn't the hose... she was peeing all over the place while she was trying to get her tights down.... So I am yelling, STOP, STOP, but she couldn't and it was going all over the place, so I just picked her up and put her on the toilet with her tights still on. (she held it way to long, and I felt like such a jerk)
But then I notice there is a lady in the stall next to us... and she has toilet paper, and is wiping off her leg..... I felt so bad... it was a 70 yr old lady, that had just gotten pee all over her legs and shoes!
Then I remember that I had Brytlee on the changing table, and I had not gotten around to put her diaper back on.... so when I make it back to her, she had pee all over the place also!
So to make the rest of this a little shorter... I had a lot to clean up, and then we went home!

lol that story is kinda funny though. I bet you were super embarrassed.
I haven't had time to get to heritage makers. except to activiate my account. I'll get on that soon.
Oh my gosh Jill! My heart is going out to you!! If this were me I would be sweating like a pig and probs crying at the same time!! GOOD TIMES!! thats really all I can say about that! good times!! Hope next sunday is better!
Hey Jill,
Thanks for the comment on my blog, you made my day! Your daughters are all beautiful, and so lucky to have a super and super model mom! Love the book you're helping Sara put together. I'm totally getting one. I'm going to have to check out that website and make some of my own . . .someday!
Jana
By the way, that totally stinks! But I bet you get a lot of laughs out of it, I'm dying right now. Poor old lady, I bet she had the surprise of her life that day. You'll have to write that one down.
I think that is one of the worst things that can happen in one day!
Who was the old lady!! (since that's our ward I totally want to know!!!)
That story really does suck though. Just reading it makes me smell pee:) Nothin' worse than that smell!

Ha, ha. When it rains, it pours. One of those great moments as a mom I guess. A similiar thing happened to us- except for in the bathroom at Applebees! I had wet underwear (Jace going comando)in my coat pocket as we inconspicuously walked out. AHHH
Is there anything more challenging than taking kids to church? Seriously, I don't think I've had the chance to feel the spirit at church since I had kids! I'm sure the old lady had a good laugh about it! That is, if she's not one of those mean old ladies that hates children. But I don't really know many of those kind. If it makes you feel better, last year June pooped her pants at the San Diego Zoo and then had a tantrum in the family bathroom as I was trying to clean her up. When we left, it looked like monkeys had flung poop all over the walls. I'm embarrassed to even admit that, but I cleaned up the best I could, and then this cute family walked in right after us. We just tried to disappear! Just another day in the life of a mom! Thanks for the laugh!
You gotta love churchy! Sunday are always the worse for me. At least you got some blessings for going and then you got extra blessing because you had to clean up pee.
Oh my word...I am so sorry! I was so excited to check your blog and then reading your story...I just feel sorry for you...and the old lady. haha. I'm sure you handled the whole thing with class. haha. :) hahahaha! That picture further down of your little baby is so cute! I always thought it was so cute that your other girls tilt their head when they get their picture taken, but now it's the baby! What little hotties! I love you! So glad to have the internet again. I miss you!
That sucks about the mess at church. Sometimes I wonder if its even worth going to church. Jordan is in the bishopric so I have to take care of the three boys myself all through church. I guess it will get better someday.
on another note I know what you mean about getting a boy. I would love to have a little girl. I keep thinking if my forth is a boy I want to be done cause there is no way I can handle five rowdy boys. I guess we will have what we are supposed to according to Jordan I just hope someday I will get a little girl.
Oh my Helk! (hope you don't mind me stealing your word) I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! I am sure in the heat of the moment it was probably really embarrassing but now I hope you can just laugh!
I dont have kids...yet, but I laugh at all the funny things they do! My good friend has a little boy almost 3 and I tell her everyday, how can you hold your composure with things like that. But when your their mom, it's probably not so funny!
Jill, you are such a great mom. I have always looked up to you. Thanks for the laugh!
**You'll have to remember that story and tell it to her husband someday. HAHA! ;)
