Brytlee is such a funny little girl. The other day we were walking around a pond that is out by our house and there were a couple deer we saw that jumped into the corn field, and we also saw a bunch of animal tracks in the mud, and so she said,"oh mom look, there are monkey tracks!"
I need to write down more of the things she says because she can make me laugh on a daily basis.
Another funny story is
Elizabeth brought a library book home from school this weekend, and so we were all reading it together before bed one night. It was called "All about Fuzzy the duck" And it started out when she was a egg and then she hatched, and then learning to swim, and growing up into a big duck... she makes a friend with a boy duck and they eat together and then another boy duck comes up to challenge him and he wins. Then I turn the page and it says, And then they mate. And the picture was the two ducks in the water, the one duck on top of the other and he was holding her head with his bill. I was so surprised that a kids book put that in that I didn't know what to do, but for some reason I couldn't stop laughing. Then Brytlee said, "mom, why is he drowning the other duck?"
So funny
and another funny Brytlee story, we were at the grocery store and they were asking for treats and I had told them no, and then Elizabeth said, "it is ok, I brought my own money." and then Brytlee said, "Oh Elizabeth, your my best friend!" in such a sweet little voice and Lizzy and I just laughed and laughed.
