crazy hair day and carnival

The girls were able to be crazy for their halloween partys this year.  The Oakwood doesn't let them dress up anymore so they just do crazy hair day.  Elizabeth came up with the idea to have her hair look like a spider.  She is so creative and I think it turned out so cute.  Brytlee wanted her hair to look like one of the monster high dolls and it looked great also.   Alexis dressed up as a nerd and hot glued nerds all over her pants.  They didn't last long.  I guess at school everyone kept grabbing them off of her and eating them.  

That night the Jr. High put on a carnival.  It was cute for all the kids and we had fun.  They had a lot of games they could play and win a prize, and a haunted house and then food in the cafeteria.  

Max found a football toss and he was in love.  He wouldn't leave it the whole time we were there.  The boys were super nice to let him hang out and retrieve the balls for them.  He had a lot of fun and when it was time to go we had to pull him away from it kicking and screaming.  

Alexis was suppose to help Mrs. Hamblin with the pop/ring toss but other people were there helping most of the time.  Her and Brytlee helped for the last little while and Brytlee has so much fun.  She said she couldn't wait until the next year to go and help again.  

Elizabeth was a lucky duck and won a pop on the ring toss.  It was harder than it looked.  

Who knows why she was being grumpy but I am guessing it was because it was past her bed time....,
