My Young Women

Ryan wanted to make donuts again because he didn't even get to eat one the night he made them for the trunk or treat  so I put a double batch in before I left for church and when I came back it was a huge mess…   It is a good thing he is worth it :)

We went out to Ryan's parents house and had a party with a lot of food. Chris had given us some shrimp and they were amazing and delicious and then we had a lot of salads and our donuts.

Alexis had a young women in Excellence night and they wanted them to stand out and look like stars.  So they all needed to wear a formal dress.  I was so glad that someone in our ward had a daughter the same size of Alexis so we could borrow a dress from them.

this one was cute on her, but didn't fit that great in the shoulders.

This dress was perfect and looked so beautiful on her.  We were a little sad that it wasn't as modest as the other one.

we thought if we put her hair down it would cover up the back a little and not look so revealing.  She looked and felt so beautiful and it was so fun to see her so happy.

All the girls.  Most of them are beehives.  We don't have a very big young women's

this part was a little hard to watch.  I couldn't help but get tears in my eyes when Ryan walked her to the front of the room.  I just can not believe how grown up my baby is getting.

Alexis played a christmas song and she did great!  I wish she had  a lot more time to practice her violin because I think she could be amazing on it.  She does really well with it and enjoys playing . I hope she can keep it up because I love watching her play.

She is so beautiful inside and out.  I am so proud of her and all that she does and I am so thankful for Alexis!  She is amazing and I love her so much!!!

And here is the girl I know!  She is so silly and a goof just like her momma

Mindy and I were the ones who did the girls hair for the night.  They all looked so pretty and it was fun to play with some hair.  (and as you can tell in the picture I chopped all of my hair off)  I don't know if I love it and will keep it this way, but I just needed a change and thought why not.  It is only hair and it will grow back some day.  It does feel nice and takes less time to style.  I do miss pulling it out of my face when I clean the house though.

Kids

Max is such a happy boy.  He loves to play with his dad!!!!  Ryan I think is almost as smitten as I am with this little boy…:)  I love watching these two play together.   Ryan can get him to play and laugh better than I can and Max just loves it. They have started to crawl in a circle around the chair and Ryan with catch him and Max thinks it is so funny. Ryan is so great about getting Max in the morning and giving him a bath and then feeding him his cereal before he goes to work and Max loves it also.  Ryan is such a good daddy!!!!

I love these little selfie snap chats I get from Alexis!  She is so fun and Adison loves to hang out with her.

Denton is in Ecuador again and will be gone for a month this time we think.  I hope it isn't any longer because it is going to be Christmas time and we don't want him to miss it.

Adison is a little fish is in the water.  She loves to swim and has so much fun at the pool.  She loves going down the slide and on the rope swing and going under water.  She loves it when I take her life jacket off and let her swim without it.  She is really good but still way to little to go out all the time without one.  I just feel so much better with it on….

Adison loves to take pictures of herself.  When she has my phone it is click, click click over and over again.   She has been watching Alexis way to much and has already mastered the duck face…

She is so fun and I just love her so much.  She has started to call me "Mother " the past month and it is so sweet and so cute.  "Um, mother I need you" or she will ask Ryan, "where is mother?"  She is a doll

ball player

This is Brytlee's 2nd grade class.   She was able to have Claira Hollingsworth come and see them after she won the Miss Idaho title.  Byrtlee is doing great in school and loves her teacher and her class.  She is a smart little beauty and can be such a good girl.  The last time I talked to her teacher we had to have a little laugh because she commented on how Brytlee's feet have started to stink….. I have really noticed that and don't know how to help the girl out.  I do think it is getting better now that she has to wear socks and warm shoes to school…..

So the school had this trick basketball team come and play and I thought it was going to be like the harlem globe people or whatever they are called, but they were not at all.  Ryan was on the team that was playing against them and I really think that if they would have let Ryan's team actually play they really could have beat them.  But the kids had fun and thought they were funny so It was fun to get out of the house I guess.

I thought this was funny because I saw this picture on Facebook and Alexis is taking a drink of her root beer and I am next to her.   Its a small world.

Max is such a little boy.  I love it!  He loves to play with balls right now and will push them and chase them.  He loves to watch you dribble the ball and roll it back and forth.  It is funny because he will kinda play soccer with his hands with them.

This ball was a body ball and it was a little heavy but he loved it.  He carried it all the way up the stairs and it was so funny to watch him get all the way up.   He was very determined and very proud of himself when he made it to the top.

He is the sweetest little boy and I am so in love with him.  He melts my heart with each little smile or face he makes at me.  I love watching him crawl around.  He has the cutest little shake to him bum when her gets moving and he is so fast  I think it is going to be so sad when he starts to walk because he just looks so dang cute crawling around.  He also will get up on one knee and it is so cute.  He is just cute, cute cute!!!!!
