soccer pictures

Soccer was a lot of fun this year. It kept us really busy having the two girls in it, and having two games a week. Monday Lizzy had practice, Tuesday Alexis had practice, Wed. Lizzy had a game, Thursday Alexis had a game, and then Saturday They both played games.
Elizabeth was really funny to watch. The way that she moved was like she was dancing most of the time, and she would give us cute little smiles every time she did something in the game. She did improve a lot over the season, and I almost scored a goal in a game.
She really enjoyed having her cousin on her team and having her aunt as her coach.
The team wanted to look tough in their pictures
Alexis improved a ton from last year to this year. She really loved playing and she was also very fun to watch. She scored four goals during the season. They played on a bigger field and stayed in the same position. Alexis played forward.
Alexis also had her cousin Rett on her team, and it was nice to watch them both.

Adison's 6 month picturs

This is a month or two late, but I just got around to scanning these to my computer. We had her pictures done right around six months. I wish I would have put a shirt on her now that I see them, but I guess now is the only time in her life she will be able to get away with this.

She wasn't her usual smiley self and was just trying to figure out what everything was.
Such a sweet little baby!

Halloween and more

Wow, what a fun look'n bunch.... We all had a great Halloween this year.

Ryan was looking his very best, and everyone had a hard time recognizing him. Ryan and his friend Steve were making homemade donuts at the party and they were a huge hit.

Carving Pumpkins!
Love the yummy guts!

Brytlee's pumpkin was a skull

Adison was a little left out for this event. Poor little girl
Alexis and her kitty pumpkin
Meow
Elizabeth and her witch pumpkin
I felt bad that we waited until the day before Halloween to finally get them all carved, but we never had the time to get around to it.
I think they had a good time making their pumpkins.
So I did something that should win me the mother of the year award.. Last week for some reason I thought Brytlee was suppose to dress up for Pre-school, so we got her all ready in her costume, and then took her to school. When I was dropping her off, I noticed that none of the other little kids were dressed up. So then the teacher told me that we had class ON Halloween so they would dress up on that day. mmmmmmmmmm yea, we went home fast and changed.
But she did look very cute for school that day

For the actual day of Halloween she decided that she wanted to dress up as a dancer instead.
We had a fun little family Halloween party that we dressed up for. I was a doctor for this party and most of the other adults didn't dress up. . . (NOT COOL)
Alexis the Pirate
Elizabeth is Little red ridding hood
Brytlee went as Bell to this one

Judy was the only other person Dressed up for the party. My little Adison looked so cute as Snow white. Her poor little head has been bumped and bruised so bad now that she is crawling and standing up on everything. One of the bruised is because she fell out of her bumbo. I didn't think you were suppose to be able to fall out, but I was wrong.
This poor little girl has been going through some things that are not my favorite. She has been teething and it went from the bottom teeth and now she is on the top teeth. For a while she was very constipated and would scream if she had to go and it would hurt her so bad. A couple of times there was blood in her diaper so it really freaked me out. I didn't know what to do to help her so we tried everything, and feed her a lot of fruit, and now it has really kicked in and she is going way to much. Her poor little bottom is so burnt it has blisters on it. So for the past couple of weeks she has not slept through the night and that means either have I.
And it isn't just Adison that has kept me awake. For some reason Elizabeth and Brytlee are now afraid of sleeping, and have bad dreams and have to come and wake me up. Elizabeth has been the WORST and is driving me nuts. Her little mind has way to much power over her. I don't know what to do for her to help her stop having bad dreams and being so scared of every little sound she hears. One night she came down three times because 1. she could hear the wind 2. she could hear a dog 3. she heard a sound going moooooo ... yeah, it was a cow. I have been going a little crazy, and it doesn't help me be very nice when I don't get very much sleep. I can't wait for Halloween to be over and hopefully we can go on to happy, cute, sweet thoughts that don't scare my kids.

Adison's first

Adison's first word is....... Momma! ( so cute) She say's "mom mom mom momma" over and over and makes her lips puckered up when she does it.

Brytlee loves to play with Adison and some times it scares me, but there are sometimes it is cute, and Adison likes it. (sometimes) (most of the times I think she is scared also)
Brytlee is making a funny face. I love it
So this is really gross I know.... but it is so funny. I was changing her diaper to put her in the tub and this is what I found. It looks just like the walmart smiley face. How she did this I am not sure....
She still loves her baths and will lay down every once and a while

But she would much rather sit up and that is just trouble. She grabs everything that is close to her and then tries to pull herself up and that is so scary. It may be time to move our bath time to the tub...
Adison other first. She is pulling herself up to stand. I swear she is doing these things way to early.
This is how I find her every time I get her up from sleeping. She just stands there and says, "mom mom mom mom momma" over and over, or will find her binki and suck on it so you don't even know she is awake.
Now that she is pulling herself up she is also getting hurt. I hate it when they start to fall and get bonks on their heads. I remember with Elizabeth I was debating on getting a helmet with how much she hit her head..... Adison has just done it twice now and they both left little bruises on her head.
We went to our ward's Halloween party and it was a blast. The girls all loved getting their faces painted, and all the games.
Alexis was so tired when we got home she fell asleep sitting up on the coach.
Elizabeth was the cutest little kitty at the party!
Elizabeth was reading a book to Brytlee. She is reading so well, and doing so great in School. I love that she comes home and does her homework with out even asking and can get done in 10 minutes.

Silly faces

Adison has been making the funniest faces the past few weeks. I am not sure if it is because her teeth are coming up and she can feel them and so she smiles funny or what but they sure are making me laugh.

I have been so sad the past couple of weeks because Adison has not been acting like herself at all. She wants to be held all the time, and has not been sleeping very well, and is a grump most of the time. So just a complete opposite of how she usually is. I am really hoping she goes back to normal soon.
Such a cute baby!
She was crawling backwards and got herself stuck in this little spot between the couch and the side table.
Brytlee loves her sister so much. I have a hard time letting her play with her a lot because she packs her around like she is a stuffed doll instead of a real baby, and she makes me so nervous, but Adison loves her so much and is very good with her. (there are a lot of times that she does get sick of it, and will not put up with it though and I am working on that)
Bryltee always wants to do a silly face picture after you do a smile.
And now she is trying to get Adison to make a silly face for the camera.
We went to see my family and the girls all loved it. We were able to see Annette's new baby and play with all the cousins. My girls didn't want to ever leave.

Adison is 7 months old. She weighs 18 pounds and 26 3/4' long. She eat EVERYTHING and I think it has made her realize that her bottles really taste like crap.
If they are not HOT, when you put them in her mouth she will gag like she is going to throw up. (but she will still drink them) She has started to love our cell phones and if you are on it she will work her hardest until she gets it. She is such a crazy sleeper, she is all over the crib and can always find her binki after she wakes up. We put two in her crib because she likes to play with one, and suck on the other. She now has two teeth and has not liked them at all... She has gotten very wiggly and is hard to hold. For some reason she hates to be cuddled and will not even let you feed her anymore...(that makes me so sad and I really wish she would let me cuddle her more). Adison can crawl but would much rather stand up and try to walk. After seeing Annette's new little baby it has made me realize how much she has grown.
