Ryan's Birthday

One Year Older and Wiser too!!! Ryan had his birthday last week and he had so much fun........ working on the house all day . . .
My niece Summer came to stay with us for a week and while she was here she was our personal Chef! She made the cake and did the brown frosting. ( I cut it into shape and then did the white parts) She also made crepes and pancakes for breakfast.

mmhhhhh that is a lot of candles and a lot of smoke.......
The girls love the tradition that after you blow out your candles you have to take a bite

Yummy.....
It was a lot of fun having Summer come and stay with us. She is 12 years old now and I can remember when she was just a baby.... She is such a great helper and is so much fun to hang out with! Thank you Summer for helping me with the girls and for all your yummy cooking!
I love you

House work

The Stucco guys were so fast! They had to drive back and forth every day from SLC but they alway's got so much done. The top picture is what they got done in just one day....
Brytlee eating her toast
Brytlee enjoying some cuddles with dad!

The girls playroom! I am so excited to have a room for all the toys so they don't have to be all over the house!
The stucco color!
They are all done so I need to get a good picture of front!
I am thinking I want to have the trim around the windows a different color.... why didn't I listen to Ryan.... dang it!
They rock is also going up! So exciting!!!!

Ten Years

Today Ryan and I have been married for ten years.... that just sounds wrong. It has gone by so fast and has been so much fun. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful husband who is a great dad and soooooooooo handsome, and hardworking, and sweet, and sexy..... ect..... I am more in love with him today than I have ever been and I am so glad that I get to be with him forever!
We worked on the house most of the day (can't wait until that is done....) and then we went on a date. We went to as many places to look at flooring before they all closed, and then went to the Indian Oven for dinner (sooooooo good)
Then went to Lowes and bought a lot of tile for our shower and then went to the new Twilight movie.
What a great night! I love you Ryan!!!!!

Great to be Eight

We had a very wonderful weekend! Alexis was baptized by her dad on June 5 at 9:30 a.m. Because it was so early in the morning my parents and a few of my other family members came and spent the night so they wouldn't have to wake up so early. My girls were so excited to have the Merrill family come and stay with us and my parents brought there camper so they were so excited to sleep out in the camper. (so excited they stayed up until 12:30 that night) I had to go and get them and put them to bed so they would be able to wake up on time for the baptism.
Alexis looked so beautiful in her new baptism dress!

Brytlee loves her cousin Cache!

We had such a great turn out for the Lunch! My parents brought the tent cover and most of the tables and chairs and pretty much everything else we had to set up! I am so glad they came so prepared to help us out with the party! There was so much yummy food, and so many people that we love!

Ryan went out to the airport and a baby bird fell 20 ft from the beams and it lived.... so he brought it home to show the girls and it died later that night.... we tried to feed it and keep it warm but I didn't know what else to do for it... I felt so sad that it died and was so mad at Ryan for bringing it home.... (better if I don't know)
We put all the men to work after the party and they framed up our front porch. Tanner was such a great helper and worked so hard. He is so shy when I went to take his picture he was running to hide.

My dad is so cute! I just love him to pieces!!! He is so giving and there isn't anything he wouldn't do for any of his children!!!! He is the perfect example for all of us!

I am so excited about the arches, they look so great! Thank you to everyone who helped us and to everyone who came to celebrate this wonderful day with Alexis! And thank you to all of you who brought the yummy food for us to eat! We love you all so much!!!!!!
