The school always makes a big deal for the kids when they reach the goal of 200 books. I think it is so cute.
Elizabeth with the Principal
I got a couple of pictures of her walking the halls and all the kids come out of the classrooms and cheer for them and give them five. I am so sad that the picture below is a little blurry but she still looks so cute.
Ryan's parents and sister were able to come and cheer for Elizabeth also and that made her day.
Elizabeth is loving school this year and is doing so well. She is such a smart little girl and has been so much fun to work with, and I love how willing she is to learn and how easy she makes it. Elizabeth loves math and is so smart with numbers. ( She is for sure taking after her dad)
Elizabeth is getting all A's in class and her reading level has always been above average. I love when she comes home she has already done most of her homework on the bus or at school so it only takes her 10 minutes at home to get all her homework done. I am so proud of how fast she is learning everything, and how she does her best at all she is doing.
Elizabeth has always been the most friendly girl ever. I love that when we go to the park or somewhere like that, she will go up to other kids and make friends right away. She also will remember that friends name and the next time she sees them she gives them a big hug. She tries to pretend she is shy every once and a while, but when she gets warmed up she is not shy at all.
It is so funny to me that Elizabeth is so tall. She is so close to catching up to Alexis and they can wear the same size in almost everything. I was always on the back row in all my school pictures and it looks like Elizabeth will be the same.
I cropped this out of her group pictures. I can not believe how grown up she is starting to look.....I really am starting to feel like time is really going so fast. The school days are so long and I feel like most day's I don't really get to spend much time with the girls. I am so excited for this summer and being able to be together a lot more. I know some moms love having their kids go to school and get out of the house but I really love having mine home. They do fight and do things that make me crazy, but for the most part they are so helpful and so fun to watch play. They have gotten so great at doing chores and know that they have to do it before they can do any playing. I really love the ages of my girls right now because they are such a HUGE help to me and can do so much.
Elizabeth is such a sweetheart and can be so great to her sisters. I get mad at her sometimes for being tooooo nice..... whenever she has something that the others want she will give it to them, even when it is a birthday present or something she didn't even get to use herself. (that is when I get mad..... I feel like she needs to keep the things that were given to her on special days) but she loves to make other happy and just have someone to play with. Like I said, I am so proud of Elizabeth and I love her so much.
