Summer time

We have had such a busy summer, and I can't believe that it is almost over already. It was the weirdest year with the weather so really it feels like it just started. I have been so bad about keeping up on all my pictures and what has been going on that I am just cramming them all together, and trying really hard to remember what we have been doing. A lot of our time this year has gone into fixing up our yard. We have our sprinklers all done, and we are just getting ready to plant the grass now. I cannot wait to not have mud and dirt all over the place.

I really love this picture of Ryan and Adison because they look like little twinners. She has such chubby cheeks in this picture that it is pressing her mouth down into a frown. But her facial expression is almost like, "Waz up?"

This is something I miss so much. Every time she would fall asleep on me she would open her mouth like this. for some reason now that she is a little older she will not sleep on my shoulder anymore. She wants to be laid down to sleep so it makes it hard for church and other places to maker her happy when it is nap time.
While we were up in IF for Conner and Jex's baptism in June, we had a party at Annette's house and she was being fussy for everyone that was holding her. Summer was holding her at the time and Greg said something to her like, "what are you doing to that baby?" So she said, "lets see you do it." So as soon as she handed her to Greg she was completely happy and I thought it was very cute!
Alexis got this cute dress from her Aunt Sara for her birthday! She loves to wear it and she looks like such a little model in it!
We went to our friends house to ride horses! I love horses and wish that we could get some but Ryan has no interest in getting any. Elizabeth was in heaven and fell in love with this horse.

Summer was with us this week and she was also very excited to ride a horse. Her mom is so allergic to them so she has not been able to be around them at all.

Adison is such a good little girl. She really likes to just hang out in her swing, roll around on the floor, or just hang out on your lap.
She makes some of the cutest faces. I just love those beautiful big blue eyes.
I had to try this picture to show how little her toes and feet are. (I really should have cleaned my ring first)
I have my girls do a little dusting each day for some of their chores. The book shelves are all high up so they are hard to get to, so we have found that just letting them climb up on them is the easiest way to do the job.
All the girls wanted to have a photo shoot and take pictures while they were up there.


Sleeping beauty
Brytlee was trying really hard to take a beautiful picture!!! She is such a natural in front of the camera :)
Ryan playing with baby doll, or as he likes to call her, Adi fish. I am not sure where the name came from but he has all the girls calling her that. He is great at making up nicknames for everyone.
Ryan will lift up her arms and say "touchdown" she always gives us a great smile or a little laugh when we do that.
She is so cute I just want to squeeze her!
Alexis has a pair of fake glasses and they were putting them on Adison. Such a good little girl to let her sisters play dress up with her.
