Cancun Vacation

What a amazing vacation! I loved every minute of hanging out with the best sisters in the world, and laughing until I couldn't breath! Everyone around us thought we were drunk the whole vacation because we were having such a great time, and always happy and laughing.
We went to Cancun Mexico and stayed in a all inclusive hotel. We got whatever we wanted when ever we wanted it!!!!
While playing on the beach I found this cool fish that had been eaten by some other fish. I still don't know what kind of fish it is, but it was really neat.

One of the day's we were all able to build sand castles with a singer, and see who won first place. Sara helped Keith Anderson, and they took First! It was really funny to watch while Annette pretended to say things that they were thinking.......

We went in the ocean and played in the waves, and they were really big. I couldn't stop laughing so I swallowed A LOT of salt water! We would be jumping in one, and then another one would come and push us under, and then as soon as you would stand up you would get hit by another one. I have not played in the ocean for a very long time, and it was soooooo much fun, and the water was really warm!

Cancun Vacation

Third night of our vacation! We had so much fun going to all the concerts,
Being pregnant was a little hard, every time my head hit the pillow for girl talk, I would fall asleep in seconds. I couldn't help it.....
As you can tell, these girls could stay up late and talk for hours.... lucky ducks
This is Stormy Warren from the Sirus radio station... he was the DJ the whole weekend, and was sooooooooo funny. We were able to jump in a game of tequila volleyball with him and because we all didn't drink, for all the mistakes we made, he was the one taking all the shots of tequila. He drank a whole bottle by himself by the time we were done. This picture was funny because we were walking by him in the hall, and he said, "oh you girls look pretty", and I said "thanks can we get a picture". And him being a big deal and all just thought we meant with him, and then I handed him the camera and his mouth dropped open. I was just pulling his leg so we did take the picture with him.
The hotel was all inclusive and had four different restaurants to choose from.

Christmas break

This week I have been trying to think of things to do to keep us busy. I really wanted to go to Idaho Falls and hang out with my family for the week the girls were out of school, but there was always something keeping us from going. Family party's, bad weather, sick kids.... so we ended up staying home. Ryan took Alexis snowboarding Tuesday and she loved it. They were gone all day, and the other girls were feeling bad that they didn't get to go so I wanted to make sure that we did something fun also. I ended up taking them to the Theater to watch Megamind, and we all loved it. There was a part with some music that Brytlee stood up and started dancing to and it was so cute! After the movie I took the girls to the new Chick-fil-A to try it out. I had never been and it has a cute little play area for the kids to play. I didn't think the food was that good, and the area's were very small... (but the girls still had fun going up and down the slide)
We have had a lot of fun going to family party's this week also, and eating so much yummy food. It is always fun to see friends and family that you don't see very often.
Thursday we took the girls to go and see Tangled with all the grand kids on the Harris side, and Alexis had a friend come along also. We all loved the movie, and I can't wait to watch it again.
At the movie I bought a large combo, and we shared it with all the kids. (I think I refilled our popcorn three or four times).... So after the movie Alexis was not feeling well, and kept saying the popcorn smell was making her feel sick and she felt like she was going to throw-up. I said, "you didn't really eat that much did you"? And Alexis said, "Yea, I totally ate a TON".
We had to run into Walmart to take back one of Christmas presents for the Wii that didn't work, as we are walking around, Alexis is holding a plastic bag and she starts throwing up bright yellow popcorn barf in the bag. It was so gross, and her friend was plugging her ears, and trying to stay as far away from her as she could. People were walking past us looking at me like I was so disgusting, But I was just glad none of it got on the floor, and very impressed that she could walk and throw up at the same time. And then after she was done she acted like nothing happened....
After we got home she was feeling much better and even wanted to eat a little more popcorn that we had taken home... (I said no to that).
Ryan has been working hard every day trying to get Mike and Haley's house done so he has been gone a lot more than I had hoped, but when he is home, he has been good to take the girls out on the four wheeler and pull them behind on the sled. They love going outside, and Brytlee really loves riding on the wheeler when dad is pushing snow around.
I am so sad that the break is going so fast, and I have really enjoyed the girls not having school. It will be sad when they are gone next week, and I don't think Brytlee will know what to do with herself.

Christmas

It is so sad to me that Christmas is already over. But the girls have been so happy, and keep saying this is the best Christmas they have ever had, so I am happy!
Alexis asked for a I-pod, a CD player, and glasses. (her friend Ashlynn had to get glasses and I guess some kids at school have made fun of her, so she said that is she got some fake glasses she could wear them with her and then maybe no one would say anything) (I thought it was very cute of her to think) So Alexis did get everything on her list and then some extra's and she was so happy.
Elizabeth asked for a Barbie and a Mermaid tale doll, and a American Girl doll. She also got what she wanted and then other things with it.
Brytlee didn't know what she wanted and didn't really ask for anything, but was very happy with the presents she got.
Ryan and I both said that we had the best present ever (THE HOUSE) and we didn't need to get anything for each other. I was happy because Ryan is the hardest person in the world to shop for. But the little stinker went and bought presents anyway......
We also had a lot of fun with our friends and family at our yearly party's. The girls loved all the party's and had so much fun running around with all the cousins.
I am a little sad that it is over, and just wish that it could last longer. I love getting together with the people that I love most, and playing fun games together. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family, on my side and on Ryan's side. They are always looking out for us and take such great care of us and our kids.
Now from months of preparing, and it only taking minutes to open all the presents, I get to clean everything up for day's and day's. I already have the tree down, but there is so much to catch up on. (laundry, dusting, kitchen, floors, getting ride of all the boxes, ect....) My girls are so busy playing with all the new toy's and having so much fun together I don't dare ask them to help me out today. It makes me feel so happy when they are happy and getting along together and just being kids.
(just as I wrote this, they started to fight..... I guess that teaches me to ever say anything good about my kids.... without knocking on wood first) Time to get to work!!!!

Upside down cheesecake

This week I was being so nice and making Ryan a cheesecake. Alexis could hardly wait and was so excited to try it that when no one was looking she tried to grab it and when the pan was still very hot she dropped it on the floor....
I heard the noise and walked in the room and when I saw it I could see that she felt horrible about it and was just very sad.... Then when Ryan walked in and saw it Alexis said..."What happened"... I kinda laughed but Ryan got mad and sent her to her room.
A few minutes latter this is what I found him doing.... It was a good thing the floor was clean!
Alexis just felt so bad (as you can see she had been crying in this picture) so we had to just let her know it was no big deal and we could still eat it anyway.... it was just upside down cheesecake.
Now we can all just laugh about it!

While Sara and brad came home this fall we took some family pictures. I just took a few with my camera that is not the best... but I thought a few of them turned out alright.

Elizabeth turns 6

We had a great birthday party for Elizabeth this year. She invited all her family and a couple of friends along, and she had a great day! She wanted to back swimming to Riverdale and go down the slide. We were in luck that the slide didn't break down this day and they went down in more than 100 times.
Elizabeth helped make her cake this year and was able to decorate it all by herself. She wanted it to look like a mermaid castle!
Elizabeth is such a sweet girl, and I just love her so much. Ryan gets mad at me for being to soft of her for a lot of things, but I have the hardest time being mad or mean to this little angel of mine. She has the cutest voice and has such a soft heart. She loves her sisters very much and always shares whatever she has with them, and is a great friend to anyone she meets.
Elizabeth is loosing teeth faster than she can grow them. She was so sad because as our corn was ready to eat this year... she had no teeth to eat it.
She is such a beautiful girl on the inside and out and I love her with all my heart!
